How We Can Help In Haiti

We’ve all seen or heard the news about the devastating earthquake in Haiti. An untold number have lost their lives and many more are still missing under the rubble of crumbled buildings.

As I sit here on my computer reading about the tragedy there, I wonder, what can I do here from my home to help these unfortunate people through this perilous tragedy so far away?

Many may think there’s not much one person can do and anyway, the United States has quickly stepped up to help already sending a US vessel that just arrived at Port-au-Prince. Even with such a large, rich government already assisting, we individuals can still help, and should. Here’s a list of simple and caring things many of us can do to help our neighbors so far away.
